          Schedule a student

          Pick a student and add the weekly times the parent chose. Times repeat every week until you change them here.

          Time slots and seats

          Make the time slots for your open hours and set how many students you can seat in each one. Change the seats any time your staffing changes.

          Hours are totaled from completed shifts only. Anyone using the staff tabs can clock people in and out or fix a time, and a fixed shift is marked Edited.

          Turn both off for something like aftercare, where students just check in and out.
          Turn this off if your center doesn't schedule students by time slot. Your saved schedule stays if you turn it back on.
          Groups show up as filters and can say where a student sits or how much help they need. If you rename a group or subject, students already labeled with the old name keep it until you change them on the Roster.
          Shown as red badges next to a student's name for staff only, never on the kiosk. An "Other" choice is always available for one-off reminders, like "Call parents for bathroom break."
          A badge you can put on students and filter by. Clear it to turn the label off.
          Planned for the top subscription plan, since every text costs money to send.
          {first} becomes the student's first name and {center} becomes your center name. Keep the opt-out line.
          A note on a student's card if their birthday was today or within this many days. 0 turns it off.

          Phone script details

          These fill the quick-reference bar and greeting on the Phone scripts tab.

          With subjects on, a student with two subjects gets twice the minutes. The PIN only keeps students out of the staff tabs on the kiosk tablet; it is not a security feature.
